Couples, Family & Individual Therapy in North York, Toronto
Uliyana Markova, Registered Psychotherapist
If you and your partner are growing apart, stuck in the same arguments, or struggling to find your way back to each other, I can help. I work with couples and families navigating relationship difficulties, communication breakdown, and the loss of connection. I also work with individuals who want to know themselves more deeply and live with more ease and authenticity. I bring 15 years of clinical experience and training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) couples therapy. I am also deeply versed in Internal Family Systems (IFS). I offer an honest, safe space where difficult things can actually be said. If you’re ready to embark on this journey, I’d be glad to talk.
I conduct sessions in English and Bulgarian. I also understand Russian, though I do not practice in that language.
Located in North York close to Yonge and Sheppard. In-person and virtual sessions available. Contact me for a free 15-minute consultation.

Life and career transitions, relationship difficulties, and losses sometimes open the gate to unprocessed past experiences that still have a hold on us. With individuals, I listen deeply and allow the fuller picture to unfold. Learn More…
